Terms of Service

By accessing or using Touchline Live, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any posted policies or guidelines that apply to the platform. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Touchline Live, the operator of Touchline Live.

If you use Touchline Live on behalf of a club, school, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Touchline Live is a soccer operations platform that supports live match scoring, team and organization management, rosters, schedules, player pages, public match pages, and related communication workflows.

We may add, remove, or update features over time as the platform evolves.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, admin codes, and invite links, and for all activity that occurs under your account or access methods.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, requesting access, inviting staff, or managing team or organization records.

We may suspend or remove access if we believe an account is being used in violation of these terms or in a way that creates security, privacy, or operational risk.

You retain responsibility for the data, text, images, roster information, match events, player details, and other content you submit to Touchline Live.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, publish, share, or manage that content, including any player or team information you choose to make public.

You grant Touchline Live a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, reproduce, and transmit your content as needed to operate the service and provide platform features.

Touchline Live includes features that can publish team, player, organization, and match information to public-facing pages. You are responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to publish and for obtaining any permissions required by your organization, league, school, or applicable law.

Public information may be viewed, copied, or shared by third parties once it is made publicly available.

You may not use Touchline Live to violate the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, interfere with platform security, scrape or reverse engineer the service, send spam, impersonate others, or upload harmful or malicious content.

You may not use the platform in a way that disrupts the experience of other users or attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.

Touchline Live helps operators record and publish match information, but we do not guarantee that all scores, rosters, times, statistics, reminders, or public updates will be complete, accurate, or available at all times.

You are responsible for reviewing the data entered by your staff and for deciding whether the platform output is appropriate for official, public, or historical use.

Touchline Live and its software, branding, design, and platform materials are owned by Touchline Live or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not give you ownership of the platform or any right to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by law or with written permission.

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of Touchline Live at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version on the site.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or if we decide to stop offering the service.

Touchline Live is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that any data loss, delay, or inaccuracy can always be prevented.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Touchline Live and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

If we are found liable for any claim arising out of or related to the service, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Touchline Live and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You agree that any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Touchline Live will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
